Craig G. Binger

Craig is the principal consultant at Binger Consulting Group. His specialties include leadership and management, organizational change and development, and both strategic and technical elements of human resource practice. His work focuses on the nonprofit community, typically in the role of executive and senior management coach, HR practitioner, and as a trainer at various organizational levels. Craig brings a wealth of experience to his consulting clients from his most recent role as the Vice President of Administration at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation in St. Paul, Minnesota, a $50M+ per year operation. In this role he was responsible to develop and lead the corporate functions in a large social service organization. Craig has spent 12 years in senior leadership positions, has 12 years of experience as an operations director in the human service environment, and 7 years as a senior human resource manager. In addition to his consulting work, Craig provides leadership, managerial and supervisory training through both the Center for Business Excellence and Center for Non-Profit Management with the University of St. Thomas. Recent community work includes service on St. Paul's Light Rail Board of Directors and St. Paul Chamber's Foundation Board. Craig has a BA from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in management and human resources from the University of St. Thomas.
